Can I add additional user login accounts to my Control Center?

Yes, to do so, please send an email to and provide the following information for each user account you wish to set up:

1. First and Last name.
2. Their email address.

When the account has been set up an email will be automatically sent to each person letting them know the username and generated password they can use to log into your Control Center. If they did not receive the email, please ask them to check their spam folder, sometimes email notifications erroneously end up there.

Each new user can log in by going to Once logged in they can change their password if they want to.

A new user may also be given access to more than one website. Let us know if the new user you are requesting should have access to other websites you currently manage. 

If a user has access to more than one site, they will be presented with a page listing the sites they can access upon logging into the Control Center. The user can also designate one of those sites as the default site, so, when logging in, they are immediately taken to the Control Center for that site automatically. To switch to a different site's Control Center, click on the Switch link that appears to the right of your username in the upper right hand corner of the page.
