Why was my account and website suspended?

If we attempt to charge your card for the monthly hosting fee and it was declined, we will try your card again 3 more times over the next few days. Each time it is decline you will be sent a notice by email. If after the final attempt we are unable to charge your card, your account and website will be automatically suspended.

To restore your account and website, log into your Control Center, click on the Account tab, then click on the Edit Payment Info button and enter a new credit card number. If we are able to successfully to put the charge through on the card you supplied, your account and website will be automatically restored and you'll have full access to your Control Center.
