What kind of support do you provide?

All clients have access to our searchable Help Center at support.kultureshock.net which contains answers to frequently-asked questions and where they can also submit a request for help directly to our support team.

The Help Center is also available within the Control Center just by clicking on the blue Help button that appears on the lower right side of every page. 

Clients can also send a support request by email to support (at) kultureshock.net.
