I forgot my password or username and can't log in!

If you are unable to log into your Control Center because you forgot your password or username, click on the Forgot link that is located on the log-in page. In the Forgot Username or Password box, enter the email address attached to your Kulture Shock account, then click on the Get New Password button. 

If your email was found in our system, your username and a new password will be sent to that email address. Use the username and new password to log into the Control Center.

If you don't get the email with your new login credentials within 1 minute, check your spam folder. If it's not there, the email may not have arrived because... 

  • Your email address is spelled wrong in our system. 
  • Your email service has blocked all email coming from our domain for some reason. 

If you didn't get the email with your new login credentials, or you can't remember what email address you used for your account, please contact support by sending an email to support @ kultureshock.net
