You can upload a variety of documents and files to your website that can be downloaded from the Digital Press Kit page on your website.
To upload files, click on Content ⇨ Media/DPK ⇨ Docs. Click on the Select File (or Choose File) button and then select one of the following types of files from your computer:
- PDF (Adobe Acrobat)
- DOC (Word Document)
- XLS (Excel Spreadsheet)
- TXT (Plain Text File)
- EPS (Encapsulated PostScript File)
- AI (Adobe Illustrator File)
- PSD (PhotoShop File)
Enter a Title and Description for the file, then click on the Add button.
If you want to provide a link to any of these files from other places on your website, copy the URL (begins with https://) that appears under the title of each document on the Docs list page. Highlight some text in a News article, Biography or any other content, click on the link tool in the editing toolbar, then paste in the URL. This will create a hyperlink to the document from the text you highlighted.
Please remember that if you edit and then re-upload a new file for any document, you will need to update the URL of any links to that document because the document name will change.
